Payment & Shipping
• We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to holidays or customs clearance.
• Official Taiwan tax invoices are not provided for international orders.
• Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
• We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of product defects, damage, or incorrect shipments.
• For returns due to personal reasons, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
• If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details and we are unable to contact you within 2 days, the order will be canceled and refunded after deducting actual shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
